Frugal Families Terms of Service

1) Frugal-Families Registration Agreement and Information
To post messages on Frugal-Families, you must be a paid member of our community. Registering at Frugal-Families will give you access to thread titles in select forums but NOT access to the responses. Registering and giving limited access will allow you to determine the quality and content of our site while still allowing our paid members a certain amount of privacy. When you become a paid member of this community, you will appreciate this feature.
2) User Names

Every user has a unique user name. User names felt to be in poor taste can and will be deleted at the discretion of the administration.
3) Email Addresses

Every user account must have a unique, valid email address. If it is found that one email address is used for multiple accounts, all accounts could be deleted. You MUST keep your email address valid. If your email address goes invalid, your account might be deleted. You are responsible to keep your account up to date.
4) COPPA Laws

Due to COPPA laws, we do not allow registered users under 13 years of age without a parent's permission. By registering, you are agreeing to this fact and do not hold Frugal-Families responsible for age verification.
5) Posting Liability

Messages posted in our forums express only the views of the author of the message and do not necessarily reflect the views of Frugal-Families. Neither Frugal-Families, nor any person or entity associated with them, will be held responsible for the contents, accuracy, completeness or validity of any information posted in them.
Posting any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise a violation of any law is prohibited. All members agree to abide by these terms of service, and the members code of conduct.
6) Copyrighted and Other Prohibited Material

Posting any copyrighted material without the express permission of the copyright holder, unless such copyright is owned by you, this forum or Frugal-Families website is prohibited. Posting advertisements, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also prohibited.
7) Reporting Abuse

Any user who believes that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact one of the Administrators immediately by private message or email paqmom@Frugal-Families.com. We will make every effort to take such action as we deem necessary. Please note that we do not address off forum action or abuse. If you are being harassed by a member off the Frugal-Families forum, please notify the appropriate authorities. Please do not attempt to resolve a dispute, or respond to an offensive post, publicly, as it takes away from the purpose and mission of this message board, and rarely solves anything. Disputes should be resolved privately, and offensive posts should be reported to the proper moderator, or administration.
8) Administration Requests

Besides this rules listing, the Frugal-Families Administration and moderators may make certain requests or demands via the forum, email or private messaging. By registering, you agree to these terms.
9) Refund Policy

Frugal-Families reserves the right to cancel any membership, at any time, if the member does not abide by the terms or service and code of conduct. Frugal-Families reserves the right to refuse refunds to those members who have not abided by the terms of service, and code of conduct.
You may request a refund after the first 30 days. Refunds will be at the sole discretion of administration and are not guaranteed. Any refund given in the first 3 months will be subject to a $3 handling fee, to cover the cost of processing. Refunds after 3 months, if granted, will be prorated. You must have a good reason for requesting a refund after 30 days, such as a dispute between yourself and another member, that you have tried in good faith to resolve. Each refund will be handled on a case by case basis, and no guarantee of refund is given after the first 30 days.
You may request a refund in the first 30 days for any reason; however, it will be subject to a $3 administration fee, to cover the transaction charges.
10) Rules Amendments

Amendments may need to be made to the rules at times. As a registered and/or paid member, you must adhere to any and all rules set forth. If you do not agree with a rule at any time, you can request removal from our forums by contacting paqmom@Frugal-Families.com from the email address your account is registered with, and we will clear or turn your account off.
11) Legal Issues

In the event of any complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you, Frugal-Families reserves the right to reveal your identity and any other information we may know about you. This includes your email address, IP address, account information and any and all messages posted, either via the message board, private messaging or email.
12) Rights of Use

Frugal-Families, at its own discretion, may bar registration or posting from any specific email service, ISP or user with or without notification.
Frugal-Families reserves the right to edit or delete any message for any reason whatsoever, at our sole discretion. We also can and will remove users we feel are problematic with or without notice at our sole discretion. What you might think is not disruptive, might be to our community. If you are banned and removed, we expect you will find another forum site to suit your needs.
This forum is provided as a service of Frugal-Families. Use of this forum is not a right, but a privilege.
If you are removed or banned from the forums, it is against forum rules to re-register. We will take this as an action of internet harassment. We trace every registered user, access and post made on this site. If necessary, we will take all legal steps necessary to insure our users have a fun and clean environment in which to communicate.
13) Privacy Policy

Frugal-Families respects your privacy and will not collect any personal information from you that you do not freely volunteer. If you do not wish us to have that information then please do not provide it. The only thing required from you at registration is a valid email address. Frugal-Families.com will not sell or give away your personal information to any third party at any time. Any and all information collected from you will only be used for the purpose stated.
14) Removal Requests

If you either do not agree with the rules at any time, or you no longer want to be a member of Frugal-Families, send us an email from the address you have registered with requesting removal. Removal requests from email addresses not associated with accounts in our forums will be ignored. Note: removal requests do not guarantee refunds, each request is subject to the refund policy stated above.
