Sugar Free Granola
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 c. almonds
1/3 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
3 T honey
1 T cinnamon
1 c unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 c. dried fruit
1/2 c. raisins
