Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix

1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 teaspoon green pepper flakes
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon instant minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon chili powder

combine all ingredients. Place on six inch square of aluminum foil and fold to seal edges. Repeat recipe to make as many packets as you want. One package is enough seasoning for one pound of hamburger.

When you're ready to make sloppy Joes, brown one pound of hamburger, add one package of seasoning mix and one cup of tomato sauce. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes to blend flavors. Serve over hamburger buns.
