Overnight Brunch

16 slices of bread
8 slices of deli ham, or enough to cover bread
8 slices of cheddar cheese, or enough to cover bread
Egg mixture:
6 large eggs
3 cups milk, I find homo or even 2% to be the best
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2 green onions, chopped
1 small green pepper , chopped
Topping:
1/4 cup melt margarine
2 cups crushed potato chips, I use stale ones

Trim off crusts from bread and fit into a well butter 9 X 13" pan. Cover with ham and then cheese. Place remaining bread slices on top (like sandwiches). In large bowl, beat eggs. Mix in milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt. Stir in chopped onions and green pepper. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, preheat oven to 350. Drizzle top of casserole with melted margarine. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
