Granola
Granola, is one of my favorite breakfast meals to make, not only can it be made
very inexpensively but it is also wholesome, you control the sweetness, and the
fat, for a very healthy easy to make breakfast. Granola is also has a very quick
prep time, and little effort. I have included a few different recipes, as well
as a list of things you can substitute in your granola recipes.
Basic Granola - this recipe is very basic and probably the most frugal, while it
is the one I most use, I vary it a lot from the list below.
Gourmet Granola - Do you love lots of nuts and coconut in your granola? then this
recipe is made for you. This is a go for it all Granola.
Fat Free Granola - For those of you looking to control your fat intake.
Sugar Free Granola - If you cannot have sugar then try this recipe, made with
fruit juice.
